Returns Policy

We offer a full refund for every purchase made online unless it is marked "FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS". Items marked as FINAL SALE are only eligible for a refund if deemed faulty. FINAL SALE items can be exchanged for a different size/colour of the same item pending availability.

Please note: return shipping will not be covered by Stephanie Browne. You are responsible for managing return shipping. We recommend shipping with tracking to ensure the item is not lost in transit.

Please note there is no refund on shipping charges unless the item is faulty. Import charges and fees are non-refundable, and not the liability of Stephanie Browne and are at the discretion of import authorities.

Purchases made in our Boutique can be returned for either an exchange or a credit note, provided the item has not been worn, and is returned within 30 days of purchase, and upon presentation of a receipt.

Conditions for all returns:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from receiving the purchase.
Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached and in original packaging eg jewellery box, velvet pouch or keepsake box.
Merchandise must not have been worn or damaged.
For hygiene reasons, unfortunately we cannot offer returns on earrings if tried on or worn.
The original invoice/order confirmation is to be provided as proof of purchase.
