Refund policy

Stephanie Browne pieces are meticulously hand made at our workrooms in Melbourne, Australia .

If for what ever reason an item ordered isn't suitable you may return it for a REFUND or EXCHANGE within 30 days. Postage/freight is not refundable.

*Please note that due to health and safety regulations we do not accept earrings back after purchase. please take care in choosing as sales of earrings & special orders are final.

There is no fee for exchanges however return postage is at buyer's cost. Alternatively you can exchange in store. If you need advice please call us on 03 9510 5833 or email info@stephaniebrowne.com.au

If an item is damaged on delivery we are always happy to replace at no charge.

Orders sent back to our headquarters for exchange or repair must be packed carefully and put back in all original packaging (box, velvet pouch, tissue paper) and returned to: 588 Chapel St, South Yarra, Vic 3141 ,Australia. (Please add your order# in the package with any notes relating to exchange, return or repair).

ON SALE ITEMS - Can only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 15 days. This excludes earrings which can not be returned due to health regulations.
